Spring is Here

Saturday was a fun day. Yes for all of you who are wondering...I am having fun while Ben is gone and it is okay. I am tired of people asking my if it is okay to have fun. Yes...the answer is yes. I have to have fun or I would cry all of the time.

It was my cousin MaKayla's 13th birthday party. The weather was perfect, the sun was out and the food was delicious. We roasted hot dogs, and marshmallows, and had cake and ice cream all while we sunburned our little bodies. Braeden had a blast too. He loved being outside of great grandma and grandpa's back lawn...HUGE back lawn. He ran himself tired. I love spring and summer if only for that. It was a beautiful day and it helped the day go quickly. It was fun to see some family and actually be outside for once. It has been a really long winter for everyone. We bought Braeden a ball and he had loved kicking it around all over.

That's the best way to pass time is to have fun! I like to go shopping when I need a "pick me up". I've needed alot of "pick me up's" lately. Don't know how the bills will get paid this month, but I do have a couple new shirts!
Thanks for sharing the pics! And Keep Having Fun!
