Christmas in Utah

I was able to go to Utah for 10 days at Christmas. Ben had to work almost the entire time, so we figured it would be a good time for a break. It was fun to see everyone and just hang out. We didn't do much and that was okay. My little sisters just took over Braeden and had so much fun with him. He is such a fun age, so they had a blast copying everything he said because it is so cute. My mom and dad also loved Braeden. They would like to cuddle with him more, but he is a 2 year old boy, and I don't even get that and I am his mother. On Christmas Eve, Amanda and Kellie went with me to SLC to get Ben from the airport and they we ate lunch at Ben's and mine favorite Mexican place in Provo. The girls liked it too. Then we finally made it home in time to do sister presents and give the gifts from Ben and I. It was so fun. I just love Christmastime. Christmas morning was a blast and all of the kids were spoiled as usual. They are such good kids, so they deserve it. My sister Kim got all college stuff because she is graduating this year. YIKES!! I am getting too old. Makes me sick to think about, but I am so happy that she is making right decisions in her life. Ben, Braed, and I had to leave the next day because Ben had to work again. So we headed back to Idaho. The weather was terrible from Provo to Tremonton. It was not fun to drive in. We saw some good friends and family on the way back. We saw Ben's sister Emily and her family, Calvin and his wife Sarah Mo, and Ben's grandma B. It is too bad that we couldn't stay longer, but we had to get back home. We finally made it back home and the saying is true, "There's no place like home."...a new home.
