I recently started back into the workout scene. I hate working out aerobically because I don't like sweating a lot and feeling really really tired after and the biggest reason is because I am not coordinated. I have never liked working out this way. I am not a runner or even a jogger.
My mom called me the other day and told me that all my little sister and her started doing The Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga DVD. She said that it is great and she feels so good. We are not the type of family who likes to do aerobics. I believed her about it and I went and got the DVD. I started it yesterday and it is intense. It is a relaxing intense. I love it. I already feel so much better and I want to workout. I am going to do it 6 days a week. If anyone has a goal to lose some weight and tone up...which I am sure we all do...let me know and I will help be a support group. I am sure we will all feel so much better. I have so much more energy and the workout goes by so fast. Before you know it, the whole workout is over. It is a great DVD because is starts off easier for the first two weeks. After that it builds on the first workout for another two weeks and then one more time after that. I suggest it to anyone who would like to workout and feel really good. You are sore for the first few days, but it will get better. The DVD is at Walmart for $9.00. Good luck!

Hey! this is awesome. YOu don't look like you have any weight to lose though. I want to lose like 20. At my work we are having a "biggest loser" competition actually. So far I have only lost 6. I have tried the cabbage soup diet, which I lost 9 lbs, but gained 4 back real easy. I am trying the slim-fast thing, eating healthier, and I have a pilates DVD I do (sometimes). I try to jog sometimes too. But, like you, I am NOT into working out or anything of the sort. I just don't like it! But I NEED to do something and lose weight FAST!! Yes, I will try this! That's great. What is the work-out like? how long have you been doing it? we can try to support eachother!
