Progress...

Maybe it is progress, but I have been working out hard core for the last three days. I feel better and I am eating less. I have had a lot of control and dedication this time. I usually get burned out with all of the workout stuff out there. This time I am going to stick with it for four weeks. By the time I got to my reunion in July I hope to be looking a lot better and lost some of that baby weight. Yesterday Ben, Braeden and I went to Sloan's Lake. It is a huge lake that is surrounded by a park. Ben biked around it and I pushed Braeden around in his stroller. It took about an hour and it was beautiful. I was so tired after though!

I have been eating healthier too! I have been eating less first of all, and then we have been eating more fruits and veggies. We have been making things with more fish and whole wheat things. I like trying to come up with new things that are healthy. I am also going to brave making wheat bread. I hope it works out.

One more thing...I always use the Jennie-O ground turkey and they are buy one get one free this week at King Soopers! I usually stock up at these times and cook them and freeze it. A big time saver nd healthy too!

Good for you! I have good days and bad days, but I've noticed that when I do good (eating and exercising) I feel MUCH better. It's a noticable difference. You look great, though, by the way! I kind of feel bad we're not going to make it to the reunion. With Brian in Vernal, and all the reunions and summer events we have, we're not able to make it to all of them. By the way, I have a great wheat bread recipe, if you need one!

Good for you for trying to be super healthy! I go back and forth with this...eat well, work out, then turn lazy and eat too many treats. You may be my motivation!

Your so awesome! So you know, you are motivating me. I have alot further to go than you though! Send me some of your yummy recipes! I'm not a fan of fish, so I use alot of chicken.
