Stolen Bike

The things that we take for granted sometimes can be swept away in an instant. Yesterday evening, Ben called me and needed me to come pick him up because someone stole his brand new bike(well we have had it for 8 months). Still it was new to us and worth a lot of money. It had a speedometer on it and all kinds of things and someone stole it off of Regis University's campus with the lock and all while Ben was in class yesterday. It was so heartbreaking because this is the second bike that has been stolen from out family this year. It is upsetting that people have to be like this. It is really sad. Ben contacted the Denver Police Department and told them what had happened. So hopefully they find it. It was such a nice bike and Ben loved to ride it! I hope that the people who took the bike enjoy it knowing it is not theirs.
