Going to the Bear Lake Beach

Yesterday Ben got out of class early (never happens) so we decided to do something fun! We went to a lake called Bear Lake. It has two lakes actually. One was for boating and fishing, the other one had a beach and a little play area for kids. First we went to the boating lake. We have a little raft that all three of us got in and floated around in. It was so much fun! Braeden loved it. He put his hands in the water and eventually we held him in the water and he kicked his feet. It was so relaxing to sit in the sun, but then I had to wrestle Braeden and keep him close so he wouldn't fall out into the water. He didn't like that very much!

Next we went to the beach! There were tons of people there. It was so pretty. I sat Braeden right on the shore so that he could feel the water come up with the tides, and also feel the sand. As you will see in the pictures an video, he loved it. He actually cried when we were leaving. He didn't want to go.
