Dr. Oz and Some Change
My mom used to watch Dr. Memmit Oz when he was on Oprah talking about women's health and stuff. I thought he was really smart. Now he has his own show and I was watching a little bit of it the other day and it was about pregnancy and babies, and exercises to GET RID OF THE BABY FAT. So I though...what could it hurt. I hate working my abs, but if I want some back, then I am going to have to try. So for the past three days I have been doing 100 sit-ups, side exercises (20 bends to each side, then 10, then 5,4,3,2,1)These workouts are so easy. They are not severe crunches, but they are telling us how to do it correctly. This has been working. I feel tighter, and I can see some definition. I am so excited. I want to lose this fat on my belly and be able to feel comfortable in my own body again. If anyone would like to do this with me and look at this video, please do it. Congrats Steph! Working out isn't always that fun for me either (except aerobics!) but I love when you see results from hard work. So good job! :)

Oh man, I wish I lived closer to you so we could be workout buddies! I need to lose my tummy - it's going to be my New Year's Resolution.
