I have been working out for 5 days on this workout and I already am seeing results. I am getting biceps and triceps that I have not seen for years. I am feeling a little bit better and I am not getting as hungry as I used to. I was REALLY REALLY sore the first 3 days, but as I progressed I wasn't as sore and now I feel great. My mom and a few of my sisters have been doing this too and they LOVE it. I like this workout way better than any of the other Biggest Loser workout DVD's. It really gets me some cardio and also some weight training workouts...P.S. I use kidney bean cans and that is enough!!
I hope some of you are doing this with me. It is fun, and a FANTASTIC way to get some exercise. I also love that there are alterations that you can do it you cannot do that hard stuff...that helps me feel a LITTLE better about being a wimp.
