Camping Trip

Last Friday we all went for a camping trip. We packed up and went to the beautiful Idaho mountains. We finally got out of the house at 7pm and found a camping spot at about 8:30. We found a spot right by a creek and it was beautiful. Although Mountain Home is not really city...it was nice to get away from the traffic and other noises. Ben made a fire and I got the tent all set up. After the fire was made we put on our tin foil dinner, and they were so good. After dinner, we of course made smores. Those were too good. After eating dessert we were all so tired we went to bed. It was a little bit colder, but it was just right for a chilly night in the mountains. Braeden slept like a log and that was nice as well. In the morning, we all woke up at the same time and had fun laughing in the early morning sun with the sound of the creek near by. We got up and packed everything away and Ben made some eggs, and bacon for breakfast. It was delicious. Nothing like mountain cooking. After we got everything packed up Braeden fell asleep and it was the perfect time for Ben and I to target shoot with the BB guns. Ben bought me a gun the day we left to go camping and we had a BLAST. It was so much fun and we laughed so much. In the end....I won the BB gun tournament because I shot a soda bottle we found AND I knocked it off the stump. What a fun time we had. We are going again soon!
