Ben's Phone
Last Saturday afternoon...I washed Ben's cell phone. I figured out that something was wrong when the dryer was making some loud noises. SO...I checked it out and the phone fell right out. Ben came around the corner and with the most guilty look that I could have had on my face...I said, "Ben, are you in a good mood?" He said "No why, what did Braed do??" I showed him and he flipped. I felt so terrible, BUT I knew exactly how to fix it. He thought it was going to be this HUGE LONG process, but I knew the solution. I went on EBay and bought the exact same phone for $20.00 with shipping. It came in 3 days and it works better than his old one. I was so relieved and I am glad that he is not mad at me anymore. I guess we can look back someday and laugh about this. I am just glad it was a small fix. It could have been worse.

I think Ben needs to learn to empty his pockets before putting clothes in the laundry!! lol
Haha I agree with the previous reply! I've told Roger it is his job to empty his pockets anything that ends up in the washer is his fault not mine. I've had pens, lighters, etc. end up in there.. I yell at him every time there is lighters in there because he uses them to burn strings off his uniform but I'm worried they will start a fire in the dryer or something! Other than that, we've had a pen explode and ruin all our cloths in the batch. And I was not to blame for these things because they are his pockets, his responsibility. :)
Oh and I've sent my phone through to wash before and all I did was open it up, take the battery out, and stick everything in a bowl of dry rice for a few days. Then it worked! Haha!
