Exercise Program


Above is what I have been doing for exercise. It is like insanity for moms. It is a 60 day program. I have used her (Lindsay Brin) workouts before, but when she came out with this I knew I had get it. It was 59.99 but in the two weeks I have been doing this program, I have seen results. Oh my goodness, I am so happy. I have lost 2.5 inches around my waist and that is all I have measured so far. I have gained muscle mass, which is great because then I am not flabby. It is intense, it is crazy, it hurts, but it is so worth it. I didn't think I could do it because of my disease, but I have been able to do it okay. I decided I could either sit and be miserable, or be miserable and lose some weight so that brain surgery recovery would be easier. I have had some more energy and I have felt my self esteem about my body going up. Thank you Lindsay for making this program. The workouts are short. I think the longest one is 40 minutes. She works all of your areas and it is just awesome. You can order from her website, www.momsintofitness.com or amazon.com. She knows what she is doing and I love that. She also gives you the eating plan for two weeks. The other program she has is called Pretty Fierce Lean Out. It is more intense.
