This last weekend was so much fun, but very relaxing. On Friday I had to make some travel plans for my boss that will be gone for almost two weeks. So I went with Ben to BYU campus library and we did some work on the computers. Later we decided to do our cheese date. We went to Smith's and got some Squeaky Cheese. We went home after that and watched the Olympics. The Olympics Opening Ceremonies were so beautiful. Those Chinese people are so talented. On Saturday Ben got up pretty early and he went to study for the finals that he has. He had four yesterday. Poor man! While he was gone I just made some breakfast and watched some more Olympics and relaxed. I had to go get some blood work done and go to Walmart so I got ready and went to do that. Well for this test I have to fast for 10 hours. I had eaten that morning so I had to come back another time. Then I went to the Orem Walmart and got some groceries. I hate that Walmart. It is so gross. After that Ben and I just relaxed and went for a walk to the duck pond. I was having one of those really rough pregnancy days and everything was just seeming to go wrong. I think I cried all day. It was not a fun evening. Sunday Ben and I taught a really good lesson on Alma 36-39. It was about teaching your children in righteousness. He was going through his part that morning and he decided that we needed to get rid of all of our PG-13 movies that have any sexual content. I told him it was a deal and that it would be easy to do that. Well, I started to look through all of our movies and all of my favorite ones we had to through out. Like How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days and Serendipity and Wedding Planner. I was so sad, and I tried to justify that there was only one bad part in it so we could keep it. Then Ben explained that we need to get rid of these because we are having a son and he doesnt need to think that it is okay that we have those kinds of things in our home. Especially when pornography is getting ro be so much worse. So we are getting rid of a lot of our movies that we probably should anyways. It will be really hard, but so good for the both of us and our future family.
Yesterday I got was home from work and my friend Mandy stopped by. She wanted me to try on my bridesmaid dress for her wedding and she wanted to take Ben and I out to dinner. We waited for Ben to get home and then we went to Olive Garden. It was so much fun! We talked and laughed. After dinner we went back to my apartment while Ben and Mandy's fiance Trevor worked on my car's AC. They got it fixed and it saved us tons of money. Now we can put my car up for sale. I am sad to see my car go, but I love our new one. Also, I bought this phone a while ago and I only used for one month and hated that it cost $80.00 a month to have internet when it didnt work. So Trevor bought the phone for $50.00. We were so happy we sold it because we didnt know if we would ever get it sold. We are being really blessed right now. I only have 7.5 days of work left. I am so glad.
